What it's all about 

The standard explanation of CrossFit is…

“Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.”

 

But it’s so much more!  Executing the definition alone will build a healthier you and fight chronic disease.  CrossFit isn’t just about functional movements like deadlift, squats, and presses.  It’s more than performing gymnastics like pull ups, push ups, sit ups, handstands, box jumps, and burpees.  Sure, we run, bike, row, swim, and jump too.  With everything infinitely scalable to individual fitness levels and capacity.  It’s eating a healthy diet of meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar at levels that sustain performance. 

CrossFit is the mixture of all those aspects, done in a community of encouraging people, with knowledgeable coaches giving each individual the opportunity to be their best.  It isn’t just what we do or where we do it.  How we do these things and who we do it with makes CrossFit.  The results make it successful.

Our CrossFit classes are for everyone of all fitness experience levels. Whether you are new to CrossFit or trying a class for the first time, our program will help you reach your fitness goals!

To Start: You must complete Elements, three sessions with our Elements Coach.
